Cypress Title & Escrow of Florida conducts all aspects of real estate transactions including holding escrow, contract preparation, due diligence, title review, closing, and the issuance of title insurance policies.

We work closely with real estate professionals, including real estate agents and mortgage brokers, to get deals closed on time and at a reasonable price. As a licensed title agent, Cypress Title and Escrow Inc. typically holds escrow for parties to the transaction and issues title insurance policies insuring title to the property for both the buyer and lender. Each transaction is carefully supervised by a principal of the company.
